Sync Settings let you control how and from where your videos are automatically pulled into Whatmore. Connect multiple Instagram or Tiktok accounts, choose how often content is synced, and decide what happens to videos after they’re imported, so your storefront stays fresh, relevant, and always up to date without manual effort.
Auto-Pilot
Autopilot automatically tags videos with products from your Shopify store by matching the product shown in the video to your catalog, using a similarity threshold you control. It saves hours of manual tagging, and ensures faster product linking as your catalog or content grows.
1. Turn on Autopilot to enable the following configurations:
Match Percentage Threshold: Set the minimum match score a product must meet to be automatically tagged to a video.
Auto add to Homepage Carousel: Automatically adds synced and tagged videos to your homepage carousel.
Auto add to Product Page widgets: Displays auto-tagged videos directly on the relevant product pages.
Auto add to Collection Page widgets: Automatically shows videos on collection pages based on the products in that collection.
Note: Ensure that you Save any changes.
Connected Accounts
Turn auto-sync on or off for each Instagram account.
You can also add add multiple accounts to sync reels: useful for brands managing separate pages for UGC, creators, or campaigns.
Frequency
Media Sync Frequency: Choose how often reels are auto-synced—every day or once every 7 days.
