Lead capture allows you to capture high-intent leads in-video by asking shoppers quick questions inside shoppable videos.


Create New Campaign

Step 1: Setup Template

  1. Under Marketing, find Lead Capture and then Create New Campaign

  2. Start by naming your campaign, so you can easily track and manage it later.

  3. Select what you want to collect from visitors: emails or phone numbers, based on how you plan to engage them after signup.

  4. Choose a pre-designed style that matches your brand’s look and feel. You can customise the campaign to make it your own. The preset styles available are:

Step 2: Customising Your Campaign Template

Use the live preview on the right to instantly see how your changes come to life.

  • Upload your logo
    Add your brand logo and adjust its size so it fits perfectly within the card.

  • Add a heading
    Write a clear, attention-grabbing headline that communicates your offer instantly.

  • Add a subheading
    Use supporting text to explain the offer or guide users on what to do next.

  • Set your button text
    Customize the call-to-action (CTA) text to encourage users to take action, like claiming an offer or signing up.

  • Customize colors
    Personalize the background, CTA button, and CTA text color to match your brand identity.

  • Adjust border settings
    Fine-tune the card’s border width and color for a polished final look.

Step 3: Set the Target Audience

  • Choose your target audience
    Select who should see this lead capture: all visitors, only new visitors, or returning visitors.

  • Add your coupon code
    Enter the unique discount code that customers will receive after signing up.


Manage Your Existing Campaigns

  • View campaign performance
    Check total views and user interaction percentage at a glance.

  • Review responses
    See the emails or phone numbers collected through the campaign.

  • Edit the campaign
    Update content, design, or settings anytime based on performance.

  • Manage campaign status
    Activate or deactivate the campaign whenever needed.
