Orders
Filter orders by:
- Source: Shows the page (such as homepage, PDP, collection page, landing page) where the video was viewed before the purchase was completed. It shows where videos influence buying decisions, helping teams optimise video placement across pages.
- Widget: Shows orders segmented by widget, helping identify which widgets drive the most tagged-product orders.
- Attribution:
Explains how purchases are credited to video interactions: Video Purchases are orders placed immediately after a shopper watches a video and clicks a call-to-action within the widget, while Post-Video Purchases are orders completed later from the product page after watching a video, without any widget CTA click in that session.
Together, this distinction is useful because it captures both direct conversions and purchases influenced by video, giving a clearer picture of video’s overall impact on sales.
- Conversion: Shows whether the product was purchased using Add to Cart or Buy Now, helping you understand which call-to-action converts better and optimise your video CTAs accordingly.
Sort orders by:
- Purchase Date: Sorts purchases by date: oldest to newest or newest to oldest, making it easier to review recent activity or analyse historical trends.
- Sort by Total Amount: Orders are sorted by the full order value, helping you identify your highest-value purchases.
- Sort by Converted Amount: Orders are sorted by the portion of revenue attributed to video, helping you understand which purchases were most influenced by video.
Note: Once you click on any of these, upper arrow indicates Oldest to Newest and lower arrow indicate Newest to Oldest.
