Under your shopify store dashboard go to online stores, and then under themes, click on "customize".

Navigate to your PDP, and edit the template.

Add a new block by clicking on the plus icon, and search for whatmore carousel under apps.

Carousel is now added on the PDP, you can edit the style of the carousel similar to how it is done in the homepage (changing the heading, tile type, enable/disable video view count, UI theme, font style, size, padding, tile size, etc).
