Under your shopify dashboard, navigate to "themes" under "online stores" which is under "Sales channels". Here, click on customize button for the current theme you are using. Navigate to the page, where you want to customize the carousels.
Click on "App embeds" in the sidebar, search for whatmore and click on the downward facing arrow to expand the options.
Customization options appear, and you can change the preferences to your liking.
You can change video corner shapes by selecting the desired style by clicking on the drop down menu under "UI Theme"
You can change the default position of the floating video on the mobile site on PDP by toggling the the Left/ Right button.
You can change the vertical & horizontal padding of the floating video on the mobile sites by changing the value of the padding, you can also change the video player size by changing it's percentage.

You can change the primary font, which is the font of the the text which appears when clicked on the shoppable video.
You can also change the secondary theme color, which is the color of the shoppable card which appears when the floating video is clicked.
Note: after you customize the section to your requirements, please press the "Save" button on the top right side of the screen for the changes to be reflected.
