Under Video Shopping in the side bar, you can see the videos which you have uploaded, Now click on the video to which you want to add a call to action (CTA)

Now, scroll down, and you will find "Add Custom Links"

Here, you can add the URL of your choice and also chose the display name of the URL

Possible choices of URLs which can be used are location links, Product description page links, etc
