Step 1: Installing Whatmore app on shopify
Step 2: Visit Whatmore dashboard
Go to your shopify dashboard, under apps in the sidebar, search for whatmore, and click on it.
Step 3: Adding video content
Go to video shopping in the sidebar
Click on add media
Enter the username/ url of the video you want to import
Select the videos you want to import and click on submit, you can also decide if you want these videos to appear on the homepage
Click on tag product, and either search for the product name via selecting product, or enter the shopify product url and now click on add product.
After you've added, click on submit new products.
Step 4: Shopify theme integration
Duplicate your theme under online stores in the side bar, click on customize for the duplicate theme.
under the app embeds in the side, search for whatmore and enable it.
you can change the styling of the videos by clicking on the downward arrow beside the app embed, and tweaking the settings
Add a new section in the theme editor, and search for whatmore under apps
you can change the styling for the above video elements, by tweaking the settings in the sidebar, below is the example for stories
Step 5: Save the theme, and preview
save the theme, and click on view under the three dots near the upper left side.
