1. On the Shopify dashboard, find "Users" under Settings.
2. You would have received a notification regarding store access request from Whatmore.
3. Under Users, the Whatmore Collaborator will appear with a Pending status.
4. Click on the Whatmore Collaborator user and Accept Request.
5. The status will now reflect Active for the Whatmore Collaborator.
